The Role: As a Corporate Transactions Lawyer , your responsibilities will include: Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and due diligence reports.
Supporting clients on corporate restructuring and governance matters.
Collaborating closely with a high-performing team on complex cross-border transactions.

The Person: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law.
