The Cost Manager provides financial and strategic support to key initiatives and activities under the Customer Function. The expectation is the person would be agile in providing financial support across operational areas of brand & marketing, Primark Cares, Innovation & Insights teams, managing each budget in line with Primark's financial accounting & reporting guidelines.

Valuable information for building reports.Build weekly, monthly and quarterly excel reporting expenditure to the Cost Manager.Attend relevant team meetings to review progress and identify future priorities for yourself and the department.Reports; review spend vs budgets, discrepancy and variance. Reports to be shared with Project Executives and Finance BP for discussion and review.What you'll bring: We want every person in our organisation to feel like they're making a key contribution. Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.1 + years experience with excel or a finance office background.Effective planning and organisation skills, ability to prioritize various tasks, plan and organize work commitments schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.Great attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.Proven ability in handling sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.Does this sound like you?
