Input into all aspects of the company systems Dynamic 365, Commission Delivery App.
Be an excellent written and verbal communicator, displaying a high level of numerical acumen with strong attention to detail.Monthly Update cycle of Cost – Input and review large dataset from various system (Oracle, Primavera, etc) into excel workbooks.Supporting Senior Cost Analyst in Monthly Review with project teams.On-going improvements and developments – Support the Infrastructure Operations Director in managing the development ofCost Reporting / Forecast tools, cost collection sheets, reports, detailed analysis of cost spread variances verses key completion dates, maintenance of cost tools developed to date including:Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceCost data model of forecasts and benchmarksForecast accuracyCost sheet GraphsCost sheet Summary snapshotTechnical Dashboard Report Analysis of Stage Gates - dates and spendS Curve distribution of cost profilesQualificationsMust hold at least a relevant Level 8 qualification as per the National framework of qualifications with 2 years post-graduation experience or relevant work experience.Other Skills / Attributes – support development of continuous improvement of Cost / Finance and Project Control Procedures Alongside Senior Cost Analyst and Project Controls Manager.Good interpersonal & communication skillsExcel & MS officeExperience with Cost ReportingExperience with developing ForecastsEarned Value Management (EVM) (desired but not essential)System and process migration (desired but not essential)Additional InformationWhat we offer you:Full timeHybrid working Competitive remuneration and attractive range of benefitsPension25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days)Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
