Counter Sales Assistant

Europower Battery Centre is currently looking to fill a full time Counter Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operative to join their team in Dublin 11.
Essential Duties: Sales Queries: Handle sales queries from customers in a professional and courteous manner both on the phone and in person at trade counter Customer Assistance: Assist customers with product information and recommendations Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers Warehouse duties to include: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule Receive and process warehouse stock products Perform Stock control Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (electric power pallet truck, forklift) Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Our preferred applicants would have the following skills & capabilities: Full clean driving licence essential Knowledge and experience in the automotive/motor trade industry Auto Mechanical/Electrical background Previous retail/warehouse experience including experience operating an electric pallet truck or forklift Good organisational and time management skills Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Available to start immediately Our preferred applicants would have the following skills & capabilities: Full clean driving licence essential Knowledge and experience in the automotive/motor trade industry (Essential) Previous retail/warehouse experience is an advantage Experience operating an electric pallet truck or forklift is an advantage Good organisational and time management skills Available to start immediately Skills: automotive/motor trade industry experience Full driving licence essential
