Corporate Solicitor - option of part time, Dublin Join a growing practice, and work closely with the Head of Finance.
This role is for a candidate who has 2 to 5 years PQE and is perhaps looking for better work life balance, whilst still having access to a varied, interesting and high quality work.

You will have either Corporate and/or Finance experience, ideally within a medium to large firm.
This role will afford the person a lot of exposure, a degree of autonomy and the ability to really make it their own.
It's come about as a result of growth, and business development/bringing on new clients is not an initial part of the role.
The role is mostly to ensure capacity to cover the existing workload so expect to work with SMEs, larger corporates and high net worth individuals.
Work you will get involved in will include, but is not limited to, company sales and purchases, financing of assets and properties etc.
This is a perm role, with great scope and for the right candidate, a part time position will also be considered.
