About the role As a Recruitment Coordinator at Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of experienced recruiters for the recruitment of healthcare personnel for Ireland, UK and the USA.
This full-time position is based in Galway, Ireland and will involve coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
What you'll be doing Conducting initial phone screens and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate availability Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process Providing administrative support to the recruitment team Assisting with the onboarding of new hires Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Experience in a similar recruitment or administrative role Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards to attract candidates.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
