Cpl Resources | Stock Controller

Flexsource are currently seeking for Stock Controller for busy warehouse based in Rathcoole.

Job type: Full-time, ongoing role Job Responsibilities: Completing the required paperwork for goods inward processing.
Ensuring appropriate checks have been completed in comparing items received against items ordered.
Updating stock information in the inventory management system.
Matching goods inwards to suppler invoices and posting to appropriate systems.
Maintaining records of pricing, purchases, and other relevant information.
Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies.
Develop a schedule of cycling counting and ensure compliance.
Perform random checks and audits.
Implementing or improving processes and procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual stock take in cooperation with the relevant departments and to comply with external auditing requirements.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English is essential.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when required.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Experience industry relevant inventory management systems.
Applicants must hold a valid Stamp 4 visa or equivalent residency permit.
Experience in a similar position in the industry/market is desirable but not essential.
