Ryanair is looking to recruit a Creative Graphic Designer to join Europe's largest airline group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.
The Creative Graphic Designer will play a vital role in our in-house Design team's success.
Reporting to the Design Lead, you must have high attention to detail, ensuring all brand guidelines are met and also contributing to their development.
This role requires a multi-disciplinary designer who can complete a brief from start to finish and has equal and strong experience across digital, print, and motion.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong knowledge of graphic design styles and techniques, always keeping up to date with the latest software features and trends.
Sitting within the Design team, you will work across a broad and varied range of projects promoting the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.
We want someone who is also keen to learn and upskill along the way too.
Key Responsibilities: Work on creatives across digital and print platforms, adhering to our current Brand Guidelines and always looking for opportunities to improve these.Collaborate with professionals in strategy for CRM, Brand, and Social.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within the Design team while also showing independent thinking and initiative when working across multiple different stakeholder projects.Adapt designs to suit the different requirements i.e.
web, print, OOH, etc.Support the wider department with their everyday and longer-term creative needs.Make evidence-based design decisions through research, observation, and experimentation.Create layouts, designs, images, and other visual elements that effectively communicate our tone of voice and concept to an audience.Organize files and implementation needs.Lean into any and each creative opportunity that may be new to you which you can learn and develop from.Requirements2+ years of experience working within an in-house design team or agency.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.Ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.Strong portfolio showcasing skills across digital and print.Full knowledge of the Adobe suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects.Motion graphic design highly desirable.Appetite to upskill and learn new techniques.Organized, communicative, detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.Good presentation skills, ability to articulate design thoughts and processes well.Ability to multitask by managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a professional manner.
