We are one of the world's leading independently owned Brand Experience Agencies. Based in Dublin, with a satellite workspace in London, we work with global brands to deliver experiential brand campaigns, conferences, trade exhibitions, retail installations, employee award shows, and sponsorship activations.
The RoleThe Creative Producer will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing high-quality events that align with our client's visions and objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients and internal teams to understand event goals and develop creative concepts that meet those objectives.Oversee all aspects of event production from inception to completion, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.Lead and collaborate with a diverse team of designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and understanding their vision.Develop engaging content for events, including multimedia presentations, stage designs, and interactive experiences.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in event production, continuously seeking ways to enhance our offerings.Ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.Conduct thorough evaluations of events, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.Ideal CandidateAt least 5 years of experience in event production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of successful projects.Superior project management and organisational abilities.Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency with event production software and tools.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Passionate about creating unique and memorable event experiences.Flexible and adaptable to evolving client needs and market trends.In addition to 21 days of annual leave, you will get your birthday off and a duvet day.
