Credit And Collections Team Lead

Barden are delighted to be partnering with our client, a multinational company who are seeking a motivated and experienced Credit and Collections Team Lead to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Collections, you will lead and manage a team of Accounts Receivable (AR) / Credit and Collections Specialists, driving efficiency and performance within the department.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Lead and mentor a team of AR/Credit and Collections Specialists.Oversee daily credit and collections operations to ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables.Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and reduce outstanding debts.Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and disputes.Prepare regular reports on collection activities and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.ABOUT THE PERSON: Proven experience in credit and collections management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.Apply with your CV.
