Credit Controller

Credit Controller/ Accounts Receivable Hybrid 35,000-42,500(DOE) Role Overview: Our client, a well established company, is seeking a Credit Controller to take ownership of their Sales Ledger and Accounts Receivable processes.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient payment handling and provide strong customer account management to support the financial team.
Key Responsibilities: Process and allocate customer payments.
Reconcile daily bank receipts.
Issue weekly debtors' reports.
Remind customers of upcoming payments.
Chase overdue invoices and resolve payment issues.
Address customer queries.
Manage overpayments and process refunds.
Requirements: Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Exchequer) is a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
