Credit Controller

Credit Controller Dublin 1 Circa €40k On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team based in Dublin.

The Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Credit Controller will focus on managing the Sales Ledger and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and maintaining account accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Process and allocate customer payments accurately.
Chase customers for missing allocations or discrepancies.
Review daily bank statements and apply receipts correctly.
Issue weekly Debtors reports to managers.
Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment queries.
Send payment reminders and manage overpayments/refunds.
About You: The ideal candidate will bring: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Prior experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Exchequer) is a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
