Sales Manager CREGG have recently partnered up with a successful and growing company within the renewable energy space, to source candidates for this Sales Manager position on an exclusive basis.
This is an exciting hire for the company and the Sales Manager will take control of the sales function, drive revenue growth and expand the companys market presence.
This role will be based at the clients head office in Cork.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets and business objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the companys presence in the market.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
Collaborate with external marketing providers to align campaigns with sales objectives and maximise impact.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company remains a leader in the renewable energy sector.
Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the companys brand and services.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the renewable energy, technology, or related sectors.
Demonstrated experience liaising with external marketing providers to achieve business goals.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong commitment to sustainability and renewable energy is highly desirable.
