Job Description Take the lead in managing the company's CRM system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.Use data-driven insights to optimise customer engagement and business growth.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective CRM strategies.Provide CRM training and support to team members.Monitor CRM performance and generate regular reports for the management team.Ensure the CRM system is compliant with data protection regulations.Work closely with the IT team to resolve any CRM system issues.Keep up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies.The Successful Applicant A successful CRM Analyst should have:
