As they continue to expand their global presence, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Operations & CRM to join our dynamic team and support our rapid growth The Role : The Director of Sales Operations & CRM will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of the company, and be responsible for leading the planning, design, implementation, training and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
This individual will play a critical role in optimizing the end to end sales lifecycle including systems and processes to drive revenue growth and enhance overall sales effectiveness.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales systems management, ideally with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its advanced reporting capabilities.  The Director will also be responsible for the timely production of the necessary periodic sales performance reports to individual account executives, the CCO, the executive management team, and the board of directors.  With the support of the CCO, the Director will assure the compliance of the sales and marketing teams with timely and accurate entry of all sales data, and the production of all reports required by the CFO to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to all constituents.
Main Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across global sales teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system configurations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design and customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support sales pipeline development, sales force performance tracking, forecasting and marketing program effectiveness.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales teams are proficient in CRM usage, the company's capabilities and sales best practices and compliant with the requirement of timely and detailed entry of customer and business opportunity information.
Oversee data management processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with timely data entry and adherence to all privacy regulations.
Partner with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system enhancements as needed.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales teams on CRM usage, reporting, and data analysis.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in sales systems and processes.
Candidate Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or relevant similar CRM platforms.
Strong technical proficiency in CRM customization, workflow automation, and report development.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
