This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join a leading consumer goods organisation in South Dublin. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment with a strong focus on employee development.


As an experienced CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving the development, maintenance, and integrity of the customer databases. You'll be providing data-driven insights to the management and marketing team to optimise the CRM marketing activities. You'll create and develop customer segmentation analysis to help the business make informed decisions and drive campaigns.


Working closely with the cross-functional departments and management team you'll understand and interpret their business needs create and implement various effective digital marketing and business strategies streamline and automate key activities where necessary.


This is a Hybrid role, office location South County Dublin.


What you will do: Responsible for the ownership and integrity of the customer/prospect database of the multiple divisions within the group. Providing clean and correct databases ready for use on Salesforce marketing cloud and other eDM communication platforms. Audit and coaching of front-line staff to improve the quality of data input at all customer touch points. Assist marketing team with the provision of database output and statistics on database as required. Work with IT on implementing necessary security measures to protect GDPR integrity of all records. Analysing data from marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements. Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, primarily through Salesforce, developing new journeys to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content. Supporting the marketing team with the creation of Salesforce templates and journeys where required. Whats needed to do the job: 3+ years of experience in CRM data management with a marketing team. Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
