Cross Functional Test Lead, Is&T, Emeia

Apple is looking for a Senior Cross Functional Test Lead to join the IS&T Retail Systems group. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end integration testing processes. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills, capable of contributing in a team environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage/Lead testing efforts for multiple cross-functional retail projects with concurrent timelinesEstablish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for the projects and the testing teamManage and coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activitiesParticipate in the development and execution of test processes, strategies, and plansWork with Automation Lead to increase automation and reduce regression test cyclesCollaborate with business, technical project development teams, and project managers to establish development schedules and execute test plansMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading a team as QA LeadStrong experience in developing and implementing test plans, QA processes, and methodologiesExperience in manual and automation testing, automation framework and toolsStrong experience in test data and environment setup for end-to-end testingAbility to quickly identify and understand issuesOutstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExcellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skillsComfortable working in dynamic environments and under pressureStrong capabilities in end-to-end software testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
