What do we want As a Customer Account Executive, we want someone who will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and managing third-party warehousing and transport partners across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
You will also take ownership of service-level KPIs and profitability, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of logistics solutions.
Your responsibilities include:- 1.
Customer Relationship Management - Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. - Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored supply chain solutions. - Proactively address and resolve client issues, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

3PL Partner Management - Oversee and coordinate the performance of 3PL warehousing and transport partners. - Ensure 3PL adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), cost efficiency, and quality standards. - Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Delivering KPI's and P&L Responsibility - Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, order accuracy, and cost metrics. - Analyse operational and financial data to evaluate profitability and drive cost-effective solutions. - Manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives while maximizing profitability. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs. 4.
Operational Oversight - Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customer, warehousing and transport functions. - Resolve operational challenges promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high service levels. 5.
Compliance and Standards - Ensure logistics operations comply with all regulations and company policies. - Uphold quality and safety standards across all activities. 6.
Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with internal teams such as operations and finance to ensure alignment on customer needs and business goals. - Act as a liaison between customers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to drive seamless communication. What skills are required:- Proven experience in 3PL or supply chain management, with a focus on service delivery and financial accountability. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret KPIs and P&L statements. - Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of regional logistics regulations and trends across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
