Customer Account Manager

About the Role: Generates sales by requesting orders.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers.
The role will involve understanding and interpreting technical requirements by providing technical information and customer service.
Managing relationships with key clients.
Reviewing price quotes subject to management approval.
Troubleshooting while resolving customer complaints.
Coordinating on-site sales calls with external sales reps.
Agreeing shipping procedures and adjusting shipping dates to reflect production priorities.
Managing incoming calls, including order status.
Meeting sales goals, technical aptitude, prospecting, closing sales.
About You: The Position is based in Donegal.
Candidates living within commute distance are preferred.
Position can be remote also with ability to be in the office for one day per week The company has a technical product portfolio.
Technically inclined candidates are preferred.
This position involves a strong customer service approach to work.
The role is also commercial.
You will be required to generate sales orders.
