This company provides best-in-class genomic, next generation sequencing services to the Biopharma and Clinical Research sectors. In addition, they partner with the medical community in providing clinical diagnostic testing to optimise therapeutic intervention and patient outcomes. The Customer Account & Marketing Executive will play a critical role in managing relationships with customers, building brand awareness and business growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies, Boasting an established client base, an experienced and collegiate team, strong and supportive leadership; this opportunity will suit a customer centric marketing executive with a passion for science and healthcare. Role and responsibilities: -Build and nurture strong partnerships with customers, act as a primary point of contact and drive successful partnerships. - Address customer complaints, resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Escalate issues as appropriate and providing innovate solutions where feasible. - Working closely with commercial colleagues to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products, optimize customer retention and loyalty, and deliver on sales objectives. - Partner with the business in developing and implementing omni-channel and digital marketing campaigns. - Stay updated on company products, company services and developments in the industry. - Educate and support customers in optimizing the service provided. - Report back to the business on customer accounts, successful outcomes and customer feedback. Requirements: -Tertiary qualified in a Business, Marketing, Communications Science discipline. - Previous professional experience in customer service, sales, account management or marketing is preferable. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales & marketing targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Customer centric mindset with strong collaboration skills. - Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools and MS Suite.
