Our client is based in Tallaght D24 and is currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Care Administrative Assistant to support their customer care department during this very busy period.

Salary is €15 per hour. Immediate start until end of September.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE: Handle incoming customer enquiries. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product enquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer database. Coordinate with other departments, including shipping, warehouse, and sales, to ensure timely resolution of customer orders. Provide administrative support to the customer care team. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software ideally. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. For further information contact ****** or 9121894.
