We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator to join our team for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing inquiries, providing exceptional support to the Team.
The main focus will be on credit control.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

This is all based on its solid foundations of Strong Ethics, Great People with as Shared destiny delivered through its Core Behaviours. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and log all inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with customers on orders and deliveries, working closely with other departments to provide exceptional service.
Support the team with monthly billing tasks and manage PO allocations.
Use of excel or similar system generated data in order to create reports and analyse data.
Role Requirements: Professional telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems.
Experience with Salesforce, ERP, and CRM software is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Working Conditions: 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday-Friday) Hybrid working model with a balance between in-office and remote work.
