Customer Care Coordinator

Customer Care Coordinator required for medical supplies wholesale distribution company in Dublin 24.
Responsibilities Processing orders and invoices on the Companys software systems.
Managing stock levels in line with approved business requirements Handling customer enquiries and queries via telephone, fax and email.
Managing suppliers enquires and queries in line with Company needs.
Answering telephone calls in a prompt and pleasant manner.
Making telesales calls to promote the Companys products and services.
Duties defined by the role as a member of the Customer Services Team.
Any other duties that may be reasonably required to ensure the efficient running of the company.
Key requirements Familiar with business and sales operations concepts, activities, and requirements.
Good understanding of business processes.
Good IT skills (Microsoft, SAP) an advantage Excellent communication skills, both with internal colleagues and customers.
Ability to multi-task, dealing with several ongoing issues and activities concurrently.
Ability to work under pressure to time specific deadlines and to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines.
Ability to develop and follow processes that drive improvement in productivity and quality.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
Full training given Hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday if you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
