Our client is based in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
This is a permanent role, office based, hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary is €35,000 – €40,000 plus bonus and pension as well as 25 days holidays.
DUTIES OF THE ROLERespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.Assist customers with order processing, including returns and exchanges.Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and overall customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality service.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE3 to 5 years in administration, customer service, or stock management.Proven ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.Prior experience in customer service.Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and chat systems.Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, using a proactive approach to motivate teams and meet organizational goals.Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP and database management systems.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Capability to work effectively within a team, positively contributing to group dynamics and objectives.Flexible, can-do attitude suited for a fast-paced business environment.Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals and deliver results.
