Our client is based in Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Agent to join their Customer Relations Team. This is a 12 month contract role (initially) and salary is €35K. Benefits include on site gym and subsidised canteen. DUTIES OF THE ROLE: Handle Call Centre Calls and be the primary point of contact for inbound communication from customers. Take ownership of issues and resolve them in an efficient manner. Ensure an effective communication flow between internal departments and the customer. Monitor Customer Satisfaction levels. Provide general administrative support to other team members. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Organised with the ability to multitask. Customer focused. Able to work on own initiative. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel. 1-2 years of previous customer relations experience. Experience in the motor industry (NOT ESSENTIAL).
