Analytical ability is also key in this role. You will work with large sets of data to identify trends and issues within the transportation business and present your findings to leadership. You will be a key contributor to our philosophy of continuous change and improvement. Description Be the primary point of contact for various teams (Online, Retail, Reseller & AppleCare) for troubleshooting queries related to transportation and supply chain exceptions. Collaborate with Apple's internal supply chain transportation teams, as well as external business partners, to own and deliver a fast, effective resolution process for shipment exceptions. Maintain a continuous focus on robust controls & monitoring systems to ensure excellence in execution. Seek out continuous improvement opportunities for all Supply Chain processes, working with other departments to influence & implement change. Support the identification & elimination of manual touch points, streamline & automate transactional activity.
Minimum Qualifications You are results-oriented & customer focused, including a willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required to meet the goal.Be a phenomenal teammate who works effectively with others, but can also demonstrate your own initiative to work independently.You have a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvement.You are comfortable, confident and articulate when communicating to various levels of the organisation.The ability to work with large data sets, interpret and communicate the actionable insights as well as the attitude of continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications You have excellent time leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly ambiguous and deliverable-focused environment, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Deep experience leading cross-functional relationships with external customers, and internal partners.A background and working experience & knowledge of data science is highly advantageous - being able to understand the needs of the team and wider partners, and use the latest tools to visualise data, making it easily accessible.
