ResponsibilitiesMonitor, manage and respond to customer queries via phone call, chat and emailProcess and manage ordersProvide comprehensive updates to customers regarding product delivery and delays relating to sameProcess returns, debits and creditsMonitor and process customer quotation requestsOpportunity to attend training, workshops and product launches to continuously build upon product and service knowledgeAdditional ad-hoc duties as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in customer service focused role with experience using SAPHighly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking skillsTeam player with ability to work on own initiativeExcellent communication and listening skillsPeople person with genuine desire to help peopleDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
