THE ROLE
Tesco Ireland is currently seeking to appoint a Customer Experience Manager who will have responsibility for leading a team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
This role will report to the Deputy Manager.
You will be responsible forCreating an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customersManaging store operations, including checkout operations and equipmentBeing responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Deputy ManagerEnsuring team members are fully trained and validated in their rolesFostering a culture of trust through two-way communicationCoaching and managing colleagues to meet daily prioritiesReviewing reports and systems for improvementsDriving a culture of zero food wasteRecruiting passionate colleagues for our teamEnsuring cleaning specifications are metManaging stock control activitiesResolving pricing discrepancies to ensure correct chargesManaging front-end operations to minimize customer queuingRecognizing and providing feedback on colleague performanceYou will needFor the 'Customer Experience Manager' role, you should have:
