Contract: Full-Time 6 fixed term contract Location: Little Island (On-site with Hybrid options) Salary: €28,000 What You'll Do: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be key in delivering top-notch service.
The role includes comprehensive on-site training to ensure you're well-prepared.
After training, you'll have the option to work fully on-site or split your time between the office and home.
Your Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and responding to customer needs.
Seamlessly guide customers through the onboarding process.
Advise customers on their current packages and potential upgrades.
Offer professional and empathetic assistance, guidance, and solutions.
Collaborate with your team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Use provided tools and training to succeed in your role.
