About the role: Flogas Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to focus on enhancing the overall experience of our gas and power customers.
This role will engage closely with customers to understand and meet their needs, supporting them with tailored energy solutions and providing insights on trends and pricing.
As part of our operations team, you'll work with customers, network operators, and regulatory authorities to ensure a seamless service experience and high-quality support.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about customer success and interested in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Please note that this role will start in our city centre office and move to our new head office at Dublin Airport Central in the new year.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their energy needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Actively support the sales team and provide customer insights to inform decisions.
Analyse trends in gas and power markets to keep customers informed of significant shifts and support their strategic planning.
Liaise with gas and electricity networks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
Prepare and deliver accurate and clear reports on customer usage and billing, providing insights into trends, costs, and service improvements.
Use expertise on gas and electricity markets to support Sales team on a regular basis.
Analysis - prepare any bespoke analysis (Microsoft excel reporting tools) that is required by the Sales team or customers.
Deliver and fulfil bespoke procurement strategies for FES' industrial and commercial customers, working closely with customer and account manager in the design phase, and executing once agreed.
Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Generate custom reports and analysis that help customers make informed decisions and track their energy usage and expenses.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-focused roles.
They are proficient with MS Excel, including tools such as pivot tables and macros, and are comfortable managing large data sets to spot trends.
Knowledge of the Irish energy market is a essential.
This person thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys solving customer challenges to create a positive experience.
