Job Introduction The Building Ambassador will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience within the Microsoft environment.What You'll Do:Support daily operations for Lobby Services, including visitor interactions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.Conduct ECAT audit checks and address any identified issues to ensure a 5-star experience.Perform Car Park checks and provide support during large events.Manage Locker allocations, access requests, and upkeep of Stationery Cabinets.Install and maintain signage across the site.What You'll Bring:Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.Passion for technology and a commitment to enhancing the service experience.A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.Immaculate personal appearance and a positive attitude.What We OfferWorking with our company is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
