Aviva's Retirement Calculations team in Cherrywood Dublin 18 are looking for confident and engaging Team Leader.
You will be leading a team with responsibility for the delivery of top-quality service to our customers.
This is a6 Fixed Term Contract.
The position is based on site in our Cherrywood office, with an opportunity to benefit from Avivas smart working arrangements which offers a mix of home and office working.
The team leader will have oversight of the Pensions Retirement Options Team (including offshore).
They will take a lead role in continuous improvement of our customer and broker experience for these teams.

Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee complaint resolution approvals with particular focus on corrective actions to improve future customer experience Control risk for the team with appropriate treatment of risk events, RCA and CA.
Work with colleagues in other areas (outside CE) to push for and deliver customer initiatives.
Supervision of the day-to-day operation within agreed service standards and in coaching staff.
Ensure that members of the team have the required skills, training & experience to effectively deliver their responsibility to meet the needs of the customer and the broader needs of the business.
Provide support to Customer Experience Manager.
Skills & Experiences: QFA or workingtowards is desirable.
Understanding of Pensions calculations processes, systems and Anti Money Laundering requirements.
Experience of people management, ideally as Team Leader is advantageous.
Leadership skills & ability to motivate and lead teams.
Proven track record of customer focus and process improvements.
Experience in risk based decision-making.
Ability to see bigger picture, challenge status quo and think longer term.
