Adecco are currently seeing a Customer Operations Advisor/Stores Expeditor for our Client in Limerick.
Our client is a leading specialised Industrial Service Provider with over 200 locations across the UK & Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are eager to progress in their career and gain experience with our Client's Pharmaceutical customer.
Full time permanent role.
Salary €35,000 Full driver's license is a necessity.
Travel required between Newcastle West Site and Raheen Site initially for first 6 months.
As a Customer Operations Advisor/Stores Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our client's stores and customer operations.
Responsibilities: Maintain inventory control data within the site systems, as required.
Ensure timely replenishment of customer stock, as required.
Promptly load enquiries and sales orders onto the systems, adhering to acceptable margin levels, savings achievement, and customer delivery requirements.
Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly, or weekly plan.
Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system Responding to client enquiries and requests Keep order expediting up to date.
Requirements: A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in inventory management.
Positive 'can-do' attitude.
Good administration skills - proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
