My client is looking for a customer service administrator, who will support company operations by supporting customer service activities such as: liaison with customers, processing warranty claim and service documentation, and carrying out general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer service and have a strong administration background, within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
