Customer Service/Administrator My client supply (via wholesalers) a large portfolio of well-known food brands into Foodservice.
They are looking for a Customer Service Executive/Administrator to join their busy team.
****It is important to note the current office is in Baldoyle but in April 2025 they will move to a new office in Horizon Logistics Park, Swords**** Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with hybrid option.
Salary & Benefits: Salary is €28k-€30k may be negotiable but must reflect experience, €2,000 Bonus, Pension Contribution, Discounted Health Insurance, and parking onsite.
As Customer Service Representative you will have an outgoing bubbly personality, coupled with a can-do attitude whilst providing first class service to your customers and completing all your administration duties.
You must have excellent oral and written English and be computer literate.
Responsibilities for the job of Customer Service Representative/Administrator To execute order processing and associated administration as agreed with the Customer Service Team Manager To achieve credit note processing targets on a weekly basis To achieve a thorough understanding of the product portfolio To successfully communicate stock levels across our customer base The prompt and accurate resolution of customer queries To successfully support the field sales teams To communicate fully and effectively with all other departments when necessary To show innovation in achieving solutions to problems and opportunities The prompt and accurate completion of all administration Should you be interested in this job opportunity please apply.
