Our Client, a large Manufacturing Multinational, requires a Customer Service Administrator for its site in North Dublin.

Salary: to €38k DOE Benefits: 25 Days Holidays, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Canteen Facilities, Tax Saver Scheme, Free Parking.
Overall package: up to €42k incl.
benefits The Role: Manage Customer sales order requirements.
Work closely with Production and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are meeting on time delivery requirements.
Prepare Customer business reviews to ensure site performance keeps on track with targets.
Work closely with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to point of use.
Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality to issue resolution.
Manage daily operational reviews.
Experience for this role: BA in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
3-5 years+ experience gained in a similar position within a busy office environment.
Good MS Office skills including Excel.
Have a flexible approach, a friendly disposition and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good problem solver.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
