Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Coordinator in West Dublin.
At the moment the role is remote one day per week and in the office for the remainder.
Salary up to €33,000 Main duties: Collaborate with our service team to deliver continuous support to fleet customers, drivers, and suppliers.
Take responsibility for contacting drivers to ensure all vehicle servicing, CVRT, NCT, and maintenance needs are met according to manufacturer guidelines.
Efficiently manage both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
Adhere to internal processes and policies related to customer care and driver support.
Handle all incoming customer inquiries, ensuring responses are provided within agreed SLAs.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Meet individual and team targets to support business objectives.
Participate in all product knowledge, compliance, and training sessions organized by management.
Perform any reasonable role-related duties and ad hoc projects as requested by your manager.
Main requirements: Good telephone communicator with all suppliers, customers and colleagues Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy.
Good time management skills, managing fluctuating workloads & prioritisation of daily task.
Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines.
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Expert in Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel.
