Our client is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team.
In this role, you will report to the Sales Director and Customer Service Manager, providing essential product and service information to new and existing customers.
Your ability to resolve emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining high standards in order processing and cost management will be crucial.
A strong customer focus is essential.
Responsibilities: Support the internal and external Sales Team Manage incoming customer enquiries (via phone or email) promptly Issue quotations and process orders Build rapport with customers to successfully manage accounts Liaise between customers, sales representatives, and accounts to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms.
Skills: Proven customer support experience Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Take responsibility and initiative in your role.
