Customer Service Advisor(French Speaking)

Job Specification: Customer Service Advisor(French Speaking) Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Problem Solving: Identify and assess customer needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.
Follow up to ensure resolution.
Communication: Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Translate documents and communications as needed.
Data Management: Update customer records.
Document interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Share customer insights with relevant departments.
Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Other Languages also an advantage.
Education: bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment: Schedule: Full-time, four day work week- Monday to Thursday.
