Customer Service Advisor

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Newtownards area, with a starting salary of £11.98 per hour Offering a wide range of social housing related services, our client has an ambitious 3 year plan for investment in the economy through social housing, construction and employment opportunities. Responsibilities: With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will: ·Be responsible for managing customer enquiries through high volumes of inbound telephone calls, emails and letters. Effectively resolving customer enquiries while following company policies and procedures, and providing customers with advice on a range of topics.  ·Liaise with maintenance staff and external contractors to organise repairs and call outs as required. Perform outbound calls to book gas, electric and other health and safety appointments, and carry out customer surveys. Requirements: ·At least one's years of experience within a similar position. Previous customer service skills, strong telephony skills and previous call handling experience would be advantageous ·5 GCSE's to include English and Math or equivalent level qualification On Offer: ·£11.98 per hour ·Generous holiday entitlement ·Pension contribution ·Learning and development opportunities The successful application will be required to complete a criminal record check through Access NI, having a criminal conviction will not necessarily exclude you from this process.
