Role Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support Covalens client, a financial institution.
You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer support while promoting the companys core values: Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud, and Exceed.
This role requires multitasking, quick problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
Collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
Receiving inbound calls from customers through a virtual call center, answering various questions.
Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations we adhere to.
Drive sales to achieve targets Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including cross-selling of relevant products Requirements: Minimum 9 months experience in a hospitality role.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
Eagerness to learn and grow within Covalen.
Must be eligible to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checks.

Note: Participation in 9-11 weeks of full-time training (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm) is mandatory, even for part-time employees.
You will be paid accordingly during this training period.
