Our field-based operations team consists of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment, from installation to training on how to use equipment, servicing, and removal.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team at our site in Stratus House Blanchardstown, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deliver exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, working between 8:30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with some work on Saturdays also within scope.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or in a pertinent industry. Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience.

Answering queries from homecare patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environmentLiaising and coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issuesProcessing orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke databaseEnsuring all service levels and targets are not only achieved but are exceeded regularlyAny other ad-hoc office administration duties that may ariseIdeally, the candidate should possess the following attributes:
