Position: Temporary Customer Service Representative (6 month contract)
Hours: Full Time, 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. (occasional evenings and weekends to cover annual leave)

Job Description: We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to manage and process customer orders. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Taking orders over the phone, via email and through voicemail.Processing orders for the required delivery day.Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions.Communication with various departments to answer customer inquiries effectively.Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.Processing customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy.Addressing customer questions and concerns, providing clear and helpful responses.Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and issue resolution.Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.Ideal Candidate will have: Excellent verbal and written English.Polite and professional phone manner.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
