Customer Service Agent - Remote

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Agent to work remotely for a team based in Dublin .

Flexible work schedule Full Remote RESPONSIBILITIES Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for the customer and drive product improvements Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Prior experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
