Identify and understand customer requirements, assisting them through troubleshooting processes and offering effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with our technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to established protocols and guidelines while troubleshooting technical issues, escalating cases when required.
Proactively identify patterns and recurring issues, suggesting enhancements to processes and product functionalities.
Aim for first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through empathetic, patient, and professional interactions.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Prior experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
