Your new company Your new company is a multinational organisation within the tech industry with 4 sites across Ireland.
They are a recognised employer of choice and due to new business, we are hiring an enthusiastic team of customer service executives to work in Wexford Town.
This will be based fully onsite, in which you will receive fully paid training.
Your new role As a Customer Service Executive, you will receive customer queries and be tasked with bringing a successful resolution to these.
You will promote services and solutions while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting daily targets assigned to you.
Fully paid in-office training will be provided with continued support throughout your career, you do not need previous experience but it will be an advantage.
Working hours: Rotational shifts between the hours of 8am-9pm, Full and Part-time positions available.
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will speak fluent English and have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage, but this is not necessary.
This role will suit a driven individual who has an excellent work ethic, enjoys a target driven environment, has a passion for customer service and who would like to progress in their career.
What you'll get in return The rate for this role is €11.30 p/h.
