Customer Service Assistant

Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Newry area, with a starting salary of £13.01 per hour.
Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for inbound telephone calls, answering any queries as required.Perform data entry activities into financial systems.Monitor and maintain databases within the customer services team.Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to letter and report writing, filing of documents.Liaise with external agencies.Provide reception cover as necessary.Replenish stock within the stationary store.Requirements: 4 GCSE Grade A-C to include English and Maths.At least 1 year relevant experience in a customer facing role working with the public.At least 1 year experience of cash handling and keeping associated records.At least 1 year experience in an office environment.Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.The successful application will be required to complete a criminal record check through Access NI; having a criminal conviction will not necessarily exclude you from this process.
