Customer Service CoordinatorCMA CGM Inland Services | ABOUT US CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) is a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, dedicated to the development of land transport solutions. It offers complete and integrated logistics solutions with high added value, adapted to the specific needs of its customers throughout their supply chain: storage, picking, kitting, processing of packaged goods, post-manufacturing and loading and unloading.
MAIN PURPOSE: To interact and provide assistance to the customers of CMA CGM Inland Services (Ireland) Ltd. within the parameters and scope as detailed by the company General Manager & Board of Directors which include but are not limited to:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service for all general telephone/e-mail enquiries.Ensure customers are notified of all respective charges and invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner.Maintain thorough knowledge of the services offered by the business.Maintain a good knowledge of local legislation/regulations pertaining to the business.Revert to customers with information which relates to their release/delivery request and action accordingly with the required documentation.Ensure deadlines are met.Problem-solve when necessary.Liaise closely with Shipping Lines, Trucking Companies and other business clients.Implement SOPs to meet customers' demands and review processes when necessary based on clients' requirements.Produce relevant reports for Supervisor / Deputy / Management.Review processes and procedures within the department and suggest ideas/improvements for the organisation.Deal with customer complaints professionally and ensure management are aware of the details.Be fully trained on the company's computer systems.REQUIREMENTS Client contact by phone, e-mail & face-to-face meetings, plus customer visitations when required.Ensure that customers are aware of all charges and all chargeable events are notified and billed.Day-to-day contact with CCIS Head Office.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Have at least 2 years of experience in Shipping, Transport or logistics business.
You are autonomous and have a sense of initiative.
You are rigorous, responsive and flexible in your work.
Educated to Leaving Certificate level / Equivalent Grade C and above.
Computer literate with a good level of skill in word processing, spreadsheets (Excel) & presentation software (PowerPoint) products.
