Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive in Dublin 24. This is a permanent, full-time role. Fully office based Salary up to €35,000 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday ResponsibilitiesProcessing all customer orders in Sage on a daily basisFollow up communications with customers regarding queries on their orders, delivery dates, etc.Processing credit notes when stock is returned on a timely basisUpdating credit notes to customer accounts and emailing to customers so invoices can be processed for paymentFiling orders electronically on a timely basis to customer foldersTracking stock collected or returned with DPDChecking SAP for ordersManning the office phones as part of a busy officeAssisting the Sales Office and Reps on a daily basisOther duties as assigned by the Finance ManagerThe PersonPrevious experience in a similar role requiredLeinster Appointments is committed to providing a professional service where all CVs are kept confidential and will not be submitted to any third parties without the candidate's knowledge or consent.
