Job Title: Customer Service ExecutiveSalary: Negotiable pending experience + benefits & bonusLocation: Dublin City West (20-30 minutes from City Centre)Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week (hours 8am-4.30pm + 9am-5.30pm) Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours onsite.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking customer service executive to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company.
The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries.
You will work with a team of 8 people reporting into the Head of the Call Centre.
Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contactAchieves agreed performance levels including any call management measuresEnsure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely mannerCarry out general administration duties daily.Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Strong customer service, call centre and administration skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritiseExcellent communication skillsIT proficientMust be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and developFlexibilityStrong attention to detail
